Condominium Inspections

Condominium suite/ Apartment Inspections

Know if any mechanic is nearing the end of its life before you buy the condo, so you can factor that into your budget or offer price.

An inspection is a chance to understand the home conditions with a completely unbiased viewpoint.

Condominiums are inspected with the same level of care and attention as a detached house. Normally we don’t see major structural problems (leaking roof, damp basement, cracking foundation, etc.) with a condo but it doesn’t mean that it is problem-free. We focus on examining specific issues that require attention within the suite. Common problems may include water leakage from the plumbing pipes or even upper unit, unsafe electrical connections, mal-functioned appliances… These are the issues that require big money to fix.
